Minneapolis-based Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq recently secured three industrial leases in the Twin Cities. Advantage Scaffold & Ladders, American Student Transportation and Northstar leased space in Fridley, New Brighton and Roseville, Minn., respectively.
Advantage Scaffold & Ladders is leasing 50,000 square feet in Fridley. Bruce Hoberman, senior associate, and Jon Yanta, executive director at C&W/NorthMarq, represented Advantage Scaffold & Ladders. B&R Properties is the landlord.
American Student Transportation, a Minnesota school-bus transportation company, will occupy 43,000 square feet on a six-acre site in New Brighton. The landlord, James R. Bingham, Burckhardt Properties, was represented by Todd Hanson, senior director, Jason Sell, director and associate Chris Weirens of C&W/NorthMarq.
Hanson, Sell and Weirens also represented Northstar in signing a lease for 20,000 square feet in Roseville. AX TC Industrial II LP was the landlord. The Roseville location is closer to the company’s corporate office and serves as a more functional space than the previous Arden Hills location.
