Minneapolis’ Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq has named Charlie Gravelle senior property manager.
In his new role, Gravelle will help manage the company’s portfolio of medical office properties.
Gravelle most recently served as a property manager for Frauenshuh HealthCare Real Estate Solutions, where he managed eight medical properties totaling more than 730,000 square feet.
With more than two decades of real estate experience, Gravelle has held positions for True North Investments; Colliers Turley Martin Tucker; Pinehurst Properties; Welsh Companies and Hines.
