Dominium, a national affordable housing owner, developer and manager based in Minneapolis, has hired Michael Voss to serve as its director of communications.
“Mike is a proven communications leader,” said Dominium vice president of public affairs Paula Prahl. “He brings a ‘can do’ attitude to the work along with an understanding of how to effectively use storytelling to drive growth and reputations. We are excited to take this next step in our communications work as Dominium continues to expand its presence across the country.”
Originally from St. Cloud, Minnesota, Voss joins Dominium having worked as an independent consultant for the last eight years, advising organizations such as Cargill, the Pohlad Family Foundation and MetaBank. During that period, he also co-authored two humorous novels about life in corporate America.
Prior to that, Voss spent 15 years at Best Buy, most recently as senior director of employee communications. He began his professional career as a copywriter at Edge Advertising.
