John “Jack” Sipes in July was named senior vice president of property management for Minneapolis-based Dominium, an apartmetn development and management company.
Sipes now oversees Dominium’s property management department, handling more than 23,400 owned/managed units in 22 states.
Before joining Dominium, Sipes served as vice president and national executive manager for WinnResidential Military Housing Services in Nashville, where he managed a portfolio of nearly 10,000 private family homes on military bases.
