Minneapolis-based Dougherty Mortgage recently closed a $2.5 million loan for the acquisition of Bannock Arms Apartments, a 66-unit multi-family affordable housing property in Boise, Idaho.
The 10-year term, seven-year yield maintenance loan was arranged for Bannock Arms Investors LLC by Dougherty’s Addison, Texas, office.
