Minneapolis’ Dougherty Mortgage recently arranged a $4.2 million Fannie Mae loan for the acquisition of Windsor Village Apartments, a 134-unit market-rate multi-family housing property in San Antonio.
The one- and two-bedroom homes feature private patios or balconies, extra storage, walk-in closets, washer and dryer hookups, and open living and dining areas.
The 10-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged by Dougherty for borrower 5341 Gawain LLC.
