Minneapolis-based Dougherty Mortgage LLC recently closed a $7.7 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinance of Merritt Legacy Apartments in Leander, Texas.
Merritt Legacy Apartments includes 208 units.
The 15-year term, 35-year amortization loan was arranged by Dougherty’s Dallas office.
