Minneapolis’ ESG Architecture & Design names new CFO

Natalie Wobbema was named chief financial officer with Minneapolis’ ESG Architecture & Design.

ESG principal Steven Larson held the position for 30 years and will be retiring in January of 2022. He has sold his interest in the company and remains in a consultative role for the remainder of the year. During Larson’s tenure, he helped grow the company to nearly $30 million in annual revenue.

Wobbema joined ESG in May after nearly 26 years as a principal with Boeckermann Grafstrom & Mayer LLC, where she focused extensively on corporate tax matters, business valuations, financial projections and forecasts, improving internal controls and audits of financial statements and internal controls for clients.

Her customer accounts included ESG, and she has been personally conducting financial reviews and tax returns for the architecture and design firm for the past 20 years.
