Minneapolis-based ESG Architecture & Design has named two new principals. Ann Fritz and Melissa Metzler were each promoted to join its team of company principals.
Fritz joined the firm as an intern in 2004, becoming Director of Interior Design in 2012 and a Partner in July of 2014. She has been an integral part of the firm for more than 17 years, collaborating on innovative developments throughout the nation and helping to grow ESG’s Interior Design team to more than 25 designers.
Metzler joined ESG in December 2016 as a Partner and Co-Director of Interior Design. She has more than two decades of design experience, focusing on the multi-family housing, hospitality and workplace market sectors. She has brought profound mentorship and guidance to ESG’s design team for the last five years at ESG.
