Forte Real Estate Partners, LLC has added Chad Thomas as senior vice president of property management.
Thomas joins Forte from Upper Midwest Management Corporation, having managed a wide-ranging portfolio of more than 500,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
With the addition of Thomas, Forte will enhance its support of existing property management clients and expand its capabilities to cultivate new property management business in all commercial real estate product types. Thomas will join Forte on March 1.
