Minneapolis’ Forte Real Estate Partners boosts staff

Claire Langland-Johnson joins Minneapolis, Minnesota-based Forte Real Estate Partners to continue to build out the firm’s full-service commercial real estate platform.

Langland-Johnson has spent nearly 10 years analyzing, collecting and monitoring lease documents and contracts. She was most recently at First National Realty Partners, where she developed and implemented procedures to streamline operations and oversaw lease due diligence as part of the property acquisition process.

Previously, she worked for JLL, Robert Half and Winthrop & Weinstine, where she worked closely with legal and commercial real estate professionals to review, abstract and input lease information, clarify vague or conflicting lease terms, ensure proper billing and provide compliance reports that detail monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.

Langland-Johnson graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Walden University, and with a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She’s a member of MNCREW and has volunteered with Make a Wish and the Minnesota Literacy council.
