Minneapolis’ Forte Real Estate Partners, LLC has hired Jan Murphy as vice president of property management.
Murphy brings more than 15 years of property management experience. Shee has managed more than 3 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and medical properties on behalf of smaller private owners as well as large national ownership entities.
Murphy’s role at Forte within the property management group includes owner, tenant and vendor relations; and construction management, budgeting and financial analysis of industrial, office and retail properties.
Murphy will work closely with Chad Thomas, senior vice president at Forte.
