Children’s Minnesota accounted for four of the renewals totaling 45,439 sq. ft. across clinic locations in Woodbury, St. Louis Park, Maple Grove, and an operational facility in Minneapolis.

Other renewals negotiated in the last quarter of 2025 included a renewal of the Richfield Clinic for Hennepin Healthcare and an Eden Prairie Physical Therapy renewal for Twin Cities Orthopedics.
