Wade Lau has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of Minneapolis’ Founders Properties, L.L.C.
Lau brings 25 years of commerical real estate experience to his new position.
Previously, Lau served as senior vice president at Founders Properties, and was responsible for managing and operations of the business as well as new investments, dispositions and financing.
Lau previously worked as vice president of asset management for Opus Properties, which he joined in 1999.
