Christy Mennen has joined Minneapolis-based Guaranty Commercial Title as counsel and title examiner. She will specialize in supporting Guaranty’s commercial closers and clients in highly complicated real estate transactions.
Mennen will be involved in title examination and review.
Mennen is an attorney with nearly 20 years of legal experience. She joins Guaranty after 11 years in private practice where she was involved with real estate litigation regarding title insurance, mechanic liens and priority disputes, and title registration
Mennen is a member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women, where she serves as co-chair of the community service committee. She was awarded the CREWie for Economic Development in 2011 for her efforts in the development of Target Field.
