Micah Vainikka will take on the newly created role of corporate director of preconstruction for Minneapolis-based Knutson Construction.
Vainikka’s role includes expanding and streamlining Knutson’s preconstruction services to ensure that clients have the best analysis to understand the costs, challenges and opportunities their project provides.
Vainikka graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. He is a LEED green associate and is active in USGBC and ASHE.
Vainikka and his family reside in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. He is a member of St. Louis Park High School’s Career Pathways Advisory Board.
