Minneapolis’ Kraus-Anderson Construction makes three key promotions

Stark has managed Minnesota projects for M Health Fairview, M Physicians (University of Minnesota Physicians – UMP), HealthPartners, Allina Health, and Welia Health; and Wisconsin projects, including Amery Hospital & Clinic and Hudson Hospital.

Kittila, and the growing facility assessment team, will manage the delivery of comprehensive Facility Condition Assessments (FCA).  The FCA identifies current deferred maintenance and upcoming facility expenditures and systems conditions, and develops overall costs and timing for facility projects, which helps determine the status and condition of a facility.
