Minneapolis’ Kraus-Anderson hires director of diversity

Minneapolis’ Kraus-Anderson Companies, Inc. has hired Laurie Trousil as director of inclusion & diversity. In her new role, she will lead the creation and implementation of the development of programs and policies designed to attract, retain, promote and advance a diverse workforce within Kraus-Anderson’s family of companies.

Trousil comes to Kraus-Anderson with deep experience in inclusion and diversity management. Most recently, she served as senior manager of diversity and talent management for St. Jude Medical in St. Paul.

She also was the North America diversity and business impact lead for Cargill; manager of diversity and inclusion for Ameriprise Financial; and manager of resources and product development for MultiCultural Development Center.
