Minneapolis’ Kraus-Anderson Realty & Development has promoted Jeff Hilldahl to executive vice president. He has served as senior vice president of properties and leasing since 2018.
Hildahl oversees Kraus-Anderson Company’s real estate asset strategy, overseeing leasing, property management, acquisitions and dispositions, including driving growth and value to KA Realty & Development’s diverse portfolio across the upper Midwest.
Hildahl holds a BS in Business from Iowa State University. He is a licensed broker (State of Minnesota), a senior certified leasing specialist and senior certified shopping center manager. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA).
In addition, KA Realty & Development has hired Sara Marcatto as a corporate accountant and Brett Richgels as a property accountant; and Jeffrey Oman has been promoted from an assistant property manager to property manager.
