Andy McIntosh has joined Minneapolis-based developer McGough as vice president of development.
McIntosh will lead a portfolio of the company’s corporate office, healthcare and mixed-use development projects, including McGough’s master-planned site at Bloomington Central Station in Bloomington, Minnesota, and office site at Blue Gentian Corporate Center in Eagan, Minnesota.
McIntosh joins McGough from CSM Corporation, where he actively managed leasing for a portion of the commercial portfolio of a privately-owned real estate investor and developer. He also brings with him past experience in commercial real estate brokerage and commercial construction management.
