The Station on Washington, a mixed-use living and retail complex located near the University of Minnesota’s East Bank campus in Minneapolis and developed by The Opus Group, is now 100 percent leased.
Committed tenants at the complex are Walgreens and Haiku Sushi.
Walgreens will occupy about 7,000 square feet and will open in August. Haiku Sushi will occupy 4,000 square feet.
