Greg Duvall, senior vice president and senior director of Minneapolis-based NorthMarq Capital‘s Kansas City Regional office, recently arranged supplemental mortgage financing of $1.5 million for Village Gardens in Fort Collins, Colo.
The multi-family property consists of 141 units.
Financing was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
