Minneapolis-based Oak Grove Capital continued its strong business as of late, recently originating 12 loans totaling $76.23 million for affordable, market-rate and seniors housing facilities across the country.
The transactions ranged from $15.85 million to just under $1 million. They all closed during the month of October.
Midwest projects during this time include Owatonna Gateway Apartments in Owatonna, Minn.; Phoenix Towers in Bloomington, Ill., Mountain Boulevard Apartments in Ozark, Mo.; Waterview Seniors in Sheboygan, Wis.; York Manor in Breckenridge, Minn.; The Walkway in Minneapolis; and Cornelia House, in St. Paul, Minn.
