Eddie Rymer has been named a principal at Avison Young, based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Rymer brings more than 15 years of experience to his new position. He has facilitated more than 250 transactions covering more than 5 million square feet during his career. Rymer also leads an occupier services and tenant representation team.
Before joining Avison Young, Rymer was a broker with Carlson Commercial. He holds the CCIM designation and was a past public policy member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Association for Capital Growth.
Rymer is active in his community and has served on the Children’s Hospital of Minnesota Council.
