Andy Sundgaard, a 29-year veteran of the commercial real estate business, recently joined the Minneapolis office of Cassidy Turley as senior vice president of property management.
Sundgaard will work closely with Dennis Panzer, managing principal of the office.
“We are excited to have Andy join our team,” Panzer said. “He is a well-respected and extremely talented real estate professional, and has been providing excellent service to his clients for many years.”
Sundgaard recently served as senior vice president of business development at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, where he helped grow that firm’s management portfolio from 25 million square feet to 60 million square feet.
