Erin Fitzgerald has joined JLL Capital Markets as a senior director in its Minneapolis office. Fitzgerald will focus on office and industrial investment sales advisory transaction in the Greater Minneapolis area.
With more than 17 years of experience, Fitzgerald has advised office owners and investors on repositioning and redevelopment strategies for more than 20 million square feet of real estate across office, industrial and retail property types.
In her prior role as a principal at a national brokerage firm, Fitzgerald led the downtown Minneapolis office leasing team and increased the firms market share while at the helm. She is an active member of numerous philanthropic and community organizations, including the ALS Association and the Education Committee for NAIOP. Fitzgerald is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
