Jason Van De Wiele has joined Minneapolis’ Oppidan Investment Company as senior property manager.
Van De Wiele serves as property manager for Oppidan-owned commercial developments in Minnesota, Iowa and North Dakota, and oversees the company’s third-party property managers for assets not managed internally.
Before joining Oppidan, Van De Wiele spent 11 years leading the commercial property management division of Copperwood Real Estate. His past work experience also includes working in the commercial insurance industry for Travelers in its Professional Liability Products division. Van De Wiele began his career in the real estate lending field working for a major bank.
