Pete Carlson has joined the Minneapolis office of Opus Development Company as a senior vice president.
Carlson is a 32-year veteran of the real estate industry. He will focus on industrial, office and retail.
Carlson was a co-founder and partner of Chesapeake Companies, a Minneapolis-based development company.
