Minneapolis’ Ryan Companies names chief human resources officer

Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies US, Inc. has appointed Keisha Duck as chief human resources officer. Duck succeeds Colleen Dockendorf, who will now take on the role of Ryan’s first chief impact officer.

Duck joins Ryan with more than 20 years of experience in leading teams and driving scalable, reliable and innovative solutions. Duck will be responsible for developing and executing a human resource strategy that includes succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, human resource information systems, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and compensation and benefits.

Most recently, Duck was the vice president of global talent, learning and culture at Cox Automotive. She is currently a board member of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation and HR committee member of Communities in School. Duck holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Clemson University.
