Andy Moffitt has been promoted to director of preconstruction services with Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies.
For the last nine years, Moffitt had worked as preconstruction team leader in Ryan’s Midwest region.
Since joining Ryan, Moffitt has worked on such notable projects as the Pioneer Hi-Bred International Expansion and the renovation of the historic Paramount Theatre in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
