Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies US, Inc. appointed Bryan Lamb as executive vice president and sector leader of multifamily.
In this role, Lamb will lead Ryan’s national multifamily platform, overseeing strategic growth, capital relationships, and project execution across key U.S. markets.
With decades of experience and more than $3 billion in multifamily transactions, Lamb brings deep operational expertise and a national perspective to Ryan’s integrated development approach.
Lamb leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-quality multifamily communities that create value. His oversight includes site selection, development sponsorship, entitlements, capital structuring, and overall business unit performance. As the company’s senior executive liaison to multifamily clients and investment partners, Lamb also guides strategy, capital formation, and project execution nationwide.
Lamb will collaborate closely with executive, regional, and service line leaders to shape Ryan’s long-term multifamily growth strategy. He will also contribute to company-wide performance planning and cultural leadership.
