Minneapolis’ Ryan Companies US has hired Peter Partipilo as vice president of capital markets.
Before joining Ryan, Partipilo was senior associate of acquisitions for American Realty Advisors & PMRG. There, he was responsible for underwriting, sourcing and due diligence for core and value-added investments ranging from $15 million to $160 million.
