Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies recently opened a new office in Austin, Texas, as part of the company’s expansion into the south-central part of the United States.
Ryan has worked in this part of the country for decades, notably on projects for Alstom Wind, Target, The Hartford and Home Depot. The opening of the new office signals a deeper commitment to the region.
“I am excited to be leading Ryan’s charge into Texas and the region overall,” said Hunter Barrier, president of the new regional office and a local real estate veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate world. “There are numerous capable developers and builders in Texas, but I believe Ryan brings a unique approach that successfully blends all aspects of project planning and delivery. This includes development, architecture & engineering, capital markets, construction and real estate management.”
