The Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Colliers has added Tom Sullivan as executive vice president, Peter Fooshe as vice president, J.P. Perpich as associate vice president and Tanner Theis as associate.
The team left Cushman & Wakefield to join Colliers’ expanding brokerage division effective June 21.
Sullivan, Fooshe, Perpich and Theis have a proven track record of providing tenant and agency representation as well as consulting services to a variety of clients. They have worked with tenants, owners and buyers throughout the Twin Cities and North America.
Sullivan, an industry veteran with nearly 20 years of experience, has grown the team’s geographical scope and representation practice to include multi-market clients across the United States.
Sullivan began at Cushman & Wakefield in 2006. Fooshe joined him in 2013, having served as an appraiser before his career in brokerage. Perpich holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota and worked as an associate attorney before starting at Cushman & Wakefield in 2017. Theis recently graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business and has been with the team since last fall.
