Bill Ritter has been promoted to senior executive vice president at the Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Colliers International.
During his 38-year career, Ritter has directed transactions on behalf of thousands of clients to facilitate the purchase or lease of more than 100 million square feet of space and more than 2,000 acres of land.
Ritter works with such notable clients as Graco, General Mills, CHS and Datasite. Significant transactions include the sale of a 325,000-square-foot office building on behalf of PNC Bank, the execution of a 227,000-square-foot, 10-year lease on behalf of Grace and a 270,000-square-foot built-to-suit for Illume Candles.
