Ryan Krzmarzick has been promoted to executive vice president at the Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Colliers.
During his nearly 20-year career, Krzmarzick has closed nearly 800 deals with a total volume of more than $500 million. He represents a portfolio of 2.6 million square feet spread across the Twin Cities metropolitan area as well as 200 acres of land.
Krzmarzick’s client list ranges from local operators such as Launch Properties and Capital Partners to global companies such as WPT Industrial REIT, LINK/Blackstone and Scannell Properties.
Krzmarzick recently represented WPT Industrial REIT in a complex purchase, assemblage and redevelopment of 17 acres of land in Eagan, Minnesota, for a 206,000-square-foot distribution facility leased to Amazon.
