The Minneapolis/St. Paul office of Colliers International is working with Hoyt Properties to sell the Stone Arch II industrial portfolio, a 27-building portfolio of industrial properties located throughout the Twin Cities.
With locations in the cities of Edina, Minnetonka, Eagan, Burnsville, Bloomington, New Hope and Fridley, the properties can be purchased as a complete portfolio, on an individual basis or in investor-desired groups.
“This is a great opportunity for investors, users or exchange buyers to purchase properties in highly sought-after locations,” said Tim Prinsen, senior vice president for Colliers International, in a written statement. “Up until now, this portfolio has only been available as a whole; something only large investors would be able to acquire. Now that they’re available individually, smaller local investors can take advantage.”
