The 220,000-square-foot T3 office development in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis has become the first office building in the city to receive preliminary WiredScore certification. This score honors buildings that boast high Internet connectivity.
T3 — which stands for timber, transit and technology — is being developed by Hines. The building is scheduled to open in the early fall of 2016.
“Pursuing and securing preliminary WiredScore pre-certification is a testament to how seriously we take IT performance and security,” said Steve Luthman, managing director of Hines, in a statement.
