Eva Stevens has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer of Minneapolis-based United Properties.
Stevens, a 14-year veteran of United Properties, previously served as executive vice president of asset management at the company.
Eric Skalland has also been promoted, taking over the role of vice president and chief accounting officer.
Both promotions come with the upcoming retirement of Paul Hawkins, executive vice president and chief financial officer of United Properties, who will retire in June of this year.
