Rex Rudy will head the commercial real estate division at Minneapolis’ US Bank.
Rudy is taking over for Joe Hoesley, who retired from the bank in March of thi syear.
Most recently, Rudy served as managing director and group head of real estate investment trust finance at Wells Fargo. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
In his new position, Rudy will oversee 350 employees in 24 US Bank real estate offices across the United States.
