Minnesota Real Estate Journal in May will hold a conference for anyone hoping to do business in the data center and high-performance space sector.
The magazine’s High Performance Space & Data Center Summit will be held May 18 at the Double Tree Hotel located at 1500 Park Place Blvd. in St. Louis Park, Minn. The event starts with registration at 7:15 a.m., includes a hot breakfast buffet at 7:30 a.m. and a program that runs from 7:55 a.m. until noon.
Mike Conroy, from Haworth, Inc., will serve as the emcee of the event. Other speakers include Jack Geortner, from Johnson Controls; Lonnie Vande Kamp, Dunham; Gary Meyer, Triad by NxGen; Dwigh Elthon, Allina; Guy Herr; Michaud Cooley Erickson; Tim Nagle, McGough; Mark Iammarino, Turner Construction; Chris Hardinger, Ryan Companies; Ann Garbow, Xcel Energy; Bill Black from Haworth; and many others.
Sessions focus on the basics of integrated project delivery, how to incorporate new technology platforms in your next project, incentives and opportunities that are driving demand for data centers and the fundamentals involved in retrofitting existing buildings for data center use.
The early-bird rate for this event is $79. This rate increases to $99 on May 2.
