Eagan, Minn.-based commercial real estate firm Carlson Commercial has closed its merger with Gannett Peak Partners of Edina, Minn.
Philip Kluesner, who founded Gannett in 2004 and is a 30-year veteran of the Twin Cities commercial real estate business, will join Carlson as senior vice president.
Gannett’s clients, including Behavior Health Services, Crane Worldwide Logistics and Robert W. Barid, will now be served under the Carlson Commercial name.
