Apartment developer and management company Dominium has hired Tim Allen as its chief financial officer and senior vice president of corporate services at the company’s home office in Plymouth, Minn.
Allen previously served as chief financial officer for Quest Education and chief operating officer/chief financial officer for Pro Staff.
