Minneapolis-based Dougherty Mortgage recently closed a $1.53 million loan for the refinance of the Peaks at Country Club Phase II, a 48-unit affordable multi-family apartment in North Little Rock, Ark.
The 18-year term, 15-year yield-maintenance loan was arranged by Dougherty’s Minneapolis office.
