Grant Campbell has joined Excelsior Group in Eden Prairie, Minn., as vice president. He is now responsible for sourcing, underwriting, closing and managing commercial real estate investments.
Before joining Excelsior Group, Campbell spent eight years at Welsh Property Trust, most recently as director of corporate finance. During his tenure there, Campbell assisted with the closing of more than $525 million in acquisitions and dispositions.
