Forest Lake, Minn.-based Gaughan Companies recently joined CORFAC International. The company will now operate as Gaughan Companies/CORFAC International.
The company, led by president Patrick Gaughan, is 41 years old. It offers brokerage, property management, construction and development services to clients in the Twin Cities metro area. The company also works with clients outside Minnesota and in western Wisconsin.
CORFAC International is an invitation-only commercial real estate organization made up of privately held entrepreneurial firms serving more than 150 markets both in the United States and across the globe.
