Bloomington, Minn.-based Kraus-Anderson Realty Company has named Jeff Hildahl as vice president and director of leasing and marketing.
Hildahl joined Kraus-Anderson Realty in 2011 as director of leasing and marketing. During his tenure, Hildahl and the leasing team of Dave Stalsberg, Jim Stimmler, Dan Mossey and Doug Seward have completed 340 lease and sale transactions that encompass more than 1.5 million square feet, generated fees in excess of $5.8 million and booked gross revenue to the properties leased and managed by Kraus Anderson Realty in excess of $125 million.
A veteran in the industry, Hildahl has more than 25 years of experience in the leasing and management of commercial real estate. During his 17-year tenure with General Growth Properties, Hildahl leased several regional mall developments, including Jordon Creek Town Center in West Des Moines, Iowa, a 1.7 million-square-foot, ground-op development; and the thorough re-development of Eden Prairie Center in Eden Prairie, Minn. Prior to joining Kraus-Anderson, Hildahl was vice president of new business for Edina-based Robert Muir Company.
