Minneapolis-based Oak Grove Capital recently originated seven loans totaling $84.9 million for affordable seniors and market-rate multi-family housing facilities across the country.
The deals, which range from $24.99 million to $3.55 million, closed between Aug. 28 and Sept. 4 of this year.
Included in these deals were The Durham Apartments in Edina, Minn., a multi-family project, and Chandler Place, a seniors housing facility in St. Anthony, Minn.
