Minnetonka, Minn.-based Opus Development Corp. recently sold a pair of its construction projects, one in Iowa, the other in Illinois.
HSA Commercial Inc. purchased 3400 Army Post Road in Des Moines. The 300,000-square-foot industrial facility was a built-to-suit project for Hewlett-Packard as a distribution center and warehouse. Hewlett-Packard is expected to move into the Opus-built facility in February.
Northwestern Memorial Hospital recently purchased Gateway at the Glen, a 130,000-square-foot Class-A office building in Glenview, Ill. Opus built this building in 2008.
