Northfield, Minnesota-based Rebound Partners, an investment and management company, has appointed Jay Scott to the position of president of Rebound Real Estate.
Scott will be responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate development, including acquisitions, site selection, due diligence and entitlements, as well as coordination with construction and design teams, and municipalities. He will lead the development team and be responsible for all operations of Rebound Real Estate.
